Cactus Materials, Inc. become an Industrial Partner with NEWT (Nano-enabled Water Treatment)- A NSF funded Nanosystems Engineering Research Center: http://www.newtcenter.org/#!domestic--international-partners/cvok where Cactus Materials, Inc. collaborated for research with NEWT scientist on sensors and nanotechnology used in Energy and Water.

Cactus Materials, Inc. become an Industrial Partner with National Alliance for Water Innovation (NAWI). NAWI is a 5-year, $110M research program supported by the U.S. Department of Energy in partnership with the California Department of Water Resources, the California State Water Resources Control Board, and numerous industry and academic partners.
